MANUPs partnership with Goal Driven Counseling is an essential part of our mental health initiative. GDC is one of the first Black-owned virtual, multi-state, private group counseling practices in the U.S. Their top goals are to increase access to providers of color and quality care; while decreasing barriers and the stigma associated with seeking mental health support.

In partnership with ManUpSTL, Black men are invited to participant in honest and authentic discussion to further build community and resources around their mental/emotional experiences as Black men in America.

We'll explore:
*The underlying causes of anxiety
*How it works in the brain
*How it affects the body & influences behaviors
*The intersection of racial trauma and anxiety
*Strategies and tools to cope and live empowered
