WHO WE ARE.

MANUP Global was born from a simple belief: MEN MATTER. Since 2017, we have been building intentional spaces where Black men are seen, supported, challenged, and equipped to become stronger men and more effective leaders.

What began as a response to a need has grown into a brotherhood committed to developing the whole man. Through meaningful relationships, leadership development, access to opportunity, and community impact, MANUP helps men grow in the areas that matter most.

We believe that when men have the right brotherhood, resources, opportunities, and support, they don't just change their own lives, they change what is possible for the people and communities around them.

VISION

DEVELOPING THE WHOLE MAN.

  1. CONVICTION. Strengthening faith, spiritual foundation, and purpose to help men live with conviction and lead with integrity.

  2. CONDITION. Strengthening the physical, mental, and emotional wellness men need to live and lead well.

  3. CRIB. Equipping men to build healthy homes, strengthen relationships, embrace fatherhood, and create lasting legacy.

  4. CAREER. Expanding access to professional development, leadership opportunities, resources, and economic advancement.

  5. COMMUNITY. Building meaningful brotherhood, networks, mentorship, and opportunities for men to serve and lead where they live.

We recognizes that a man's success cannot be measured in one area of his life.
