If you ever dreamed of giving back or thought you had more to offer the world, we invite you to join the BLACK365 mentorship movement. The Eastern Missouri Region alone has more than 450 mentees in search of a Black mentor. In 65 days, our goal is to recruit 300 Black mentors for Black youth across this region.

When you volunteer as a mentor, you have the opportunity to ignite inspiration, provide guidance, and provide unwavering support to a young person who is in need. The job of a mentor entails imparting life-changing guidance and support that can alter the course of a young person's life forever.
You won't have to worry about anything. We partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri to ensure we could provide all the training and resources you need to be an effective mentor. Their mentor-matching program will pair you with a mentee who shares your interests and goals, and you'll receive ongoing support from a strong mentor community.
